Yoga & Meditation

Two of the things that help keep me grounded despite the craziness of my everyday life are yoga and meditation.  They bring me profound joy, as well as a sense of peace and centeredness that helps me stay focused on what’s really important in life.

If you are new to yoga and/or meditation, I invite you to read the subsequent pages and give them a try.  The rewards of a yoga or meditation practice are well worth it!
